Happy Birthday to Beltway Park!

It's been an incredible first year for our team and Beltway Park at Winston! Today we are thrilled to celebrate this milestone and wanted to take this opportunity to express gratitude to our friends, family, and investors for your support and trust in our team.

Over the last year, we have seen the business plan and concepts we had for the property come to life. It has been rewarding and the property has transformed! With the volatility in the capital markets and rising interest rates, we are even more thrilled with our decision to pursue fixed debt, which has allowed us to move full steam ahead with ALL of our planned renovation projects.

Looking ahead, with many of the large capital improvement projects now complete, we will be able to focus on interior renovations, occupancy, cash flow, and returns for our investors. We are already seeing our renovated units lease above our 5 year pro-forma numbers and our average rent per leased unit is up 24.5% since we took ownership.
